The Central Asian CDMA forum offers training under the supervision of skilled and highly qualified professionals. The training can be offered at the customer’s premises also. One of the basic objectives of the Central Asian CDMA forum is to provide quality and cost effective local training in order to promote and create awareness of 3G CDMA through experienced course coordinators, and to facilitate the students and professionals in improving their skill sets in CDMA and WCDMA technology.

CDMA HR Development Center:

Iqra University (Islamabad, Pakistan) in collaboration with the Central Asian CDMA Forum has established CDMA Human Resource Development Center. The center shall cater for CDMA/WCDMA HR requirements for the whole CIS region including Pakistan and Afghanistan. Due to rapid developments in telecommunications industry there is a requirement of approximately 2000 CDMA and around 2500 WCDMA professionals annually. The center offers courses on the pattern that is followed by QUALCOMM University, USA and the cost of these courses has been significantly subsidized so the engineers and operators from the region can benefit from the program.
